The client dashboard. Analytics, ad spend, leads and sales on one page, and the fix when a number moves.
The people are why clients come. The small things are why they leave. A number nobody checked. A reply nobody sent. A sale somebody counted as a click.
Goldstone minds the small things. All of them, for every client, all day. One mind for the whole agency, so your people can get back to being the reason.

When something breaks, Goldstone opens the ticket with the evidence attached, and checks later that the fix held.
The client dashboard. Analytics, ad spend, leads and sales on one page, and the fix when a number moves.
Tasks, boards, time and documents, kept next to the client's numbers instead of in another tool.
Gmail sorted by Goldstone, by client and by what needs an answer. It acts only when you click.
Meetings sit next to the client they are about. Goldstone proposes the time; you confirm it.
Every client file in one store. New photos and logos are filed to the right client as they arrive.
@Goldstone how did calls do this week?
96 calls, 12 more than last week. Prescott led with 31.
Your team's threads, with Goldstone in them. Name it and it answers with the numbers.
The pipeline, tied to the sales that close and the ads that started them.
The client's colors, type and voice in one place, so every piece starts on brand.
Goldstone sits in the same threads as your people. It speaks when it is named, and it works on a ladder you control.
@Goldstone did the Prescott calls drop after the page change?

Yes. Prescott calls fell from 22 to 9 a week after the new page went live on Oct 14. The tracking number was removed from the header. I opened a ticket and attached the before and after.
Thanks. Put it back.

Draft change is ready for your click. I will check it again in 7 days.

Calls and sales are tied back to the ad that brought them, so the numbers you report are the ones that paid.
